We are currently working on NON-INVASIVE POINT OF CARE DIAGNOSTICS FOR SICKLE CELL DISEASE. This is "A SCREENING DEVICE" which is to be used in the areas where the prevalence of the Sickle Cell disease is very high specially in the Rural and Tribal population of India. The funding for this project is being supported by BIG-BIRAC and TELANGANA STATE INNOVATION COUNCIL TSIC -PILOT GRANT. We have filed two Indian patent applications for this innovation.
